We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to provide our services e.g. for security purposes when conducting an event or workshop at a particular location.

In order to access our services or obtain information, a user may have to complete the registration form.
During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name, email address, phone number, age or gender). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest.
In the cases of minors, the registration form requires personal information and consent of a parent/guardian. We will only register minors when given guardian/parental consent.

8. Surveys & Competitions
From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or competitions. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of our services.

Registration & Refund Policy
You can refund your payment anytime before and after the first session. But once you leave the course in the middle, you won't be liable to get a refund.
If the participant misses the entire session, they are liable to get the entire session fee refunded.
Participants will only be awarded a certificate if they meet 90% of the attendance requirement. TSE reserves the right to hold the certificate of any student if they do not meet the desired criteria.
There are No Compound Discounts.
Force Majeure:
We shall not be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control like acts of God, natural disasters, power failure etc. Programs or classes that are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances are non-refundable. However, make-up classes will be offered where possible and considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that this policy does not apply to classes that will miss due to personal reasons such as illness, vacations, or scheduling conflicts.
All participants will be notified/informed of cancellations through Whatsapp or email using the contact details provided at the time of registration.
Waiver and Liability Release
The STEM Educators hereby referred to as TSE shall take necessary safety measures and protocols before and during the activity such as providing safety equipment.
When registering for workshops held by TSE, the participant (for adults above 18 years of age) or parent and/or legal guardian (for minors below 18 years of age) agrees to the following terms.
- It is the desire of the participant and his/her parent(s) and/or guardian that the participant engages in the activities offered by TSE. The participant and parent(s) and/or guardian understand the activities offered by TSE includes work that may be hazardous to the minor, including but not limited to potentially inherently dangerous activity such as using hot glue guns, soldering irons, etc.
- The participant and legal guardian of the participant understand that TSE does not own nor does it have any stake in the locations where workshops are conducted. TSE will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or damage occurring at said locations.
The participant and legal guardians of any minor participant agree to release TSE of all responsibility regarding any damage to participants’ belongings or any personal or bodily injury of the participant.
Media Disclaimer
I, hereby grant and authorize on behalf of the following minor(s)
I hereby grant permission to TSE to use photographs and/or video of me taken during the educational activities being conducted by TSE in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of TSE
This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing. I agree that the minor(s) agreed to this release without being compensated. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of TSE and will not be returned.
I hereby hold harmless and release TSE from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate and the minor(s) estate(s). I warrant that I am of full age and have every right to contract for the minor(s) in this regard. This release shall be binding upon the minor(s) and me, and our respective heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
