Information for Parents

Our classes are designed to provide the best learning experience for your child, and we appreciate your support in ensuring a consistent schedule. This guide will help you better understand our processes and policies.

1 Attendance

  1. Students must maintain an attendance record of 85% throughout the course to be eligible for certification. If they miss 5 classes or more during the entire period of the course, they will not be allowed to go through the final assessment and course completion.
  2. If the students miss any one class per module, due to any reason, they are eligible to participate in the makeup class. Makeup classes can be scheduled only twice per module. Makeup classes can only be scheduled according to the requirements of the students achieving their objectives.
  3. In case there are plans that might interfere with the classes in the future, parents must inform us at least one day before the day of the class to request a recording of the class. The classes are live and only recorded if such a request is made.
  4. Maximum number of leaves allowed are 3 (three) per course.
  5. Students enrolled in One-On-One classes are eligible for a maximum of 3 makeup classes in case of AFL (Asked For Leaves) or Absences per module.

2 Out-of-Class Support

  1. The teacher helps the students to get connected with them over an application called Slack — a messaging platform used for educational communication. Its invite is sent to the students' email addresses and can be easily installed on phones and computers. Students can ask the teachers extra questions and seek guidance only through Slack. This process is initiated during the live classes, within the first or the second module.
  2. Students are not allowed to reach out to the teacher through WhatsApp, phone calls, or any other means of communication except emails or the use of Slack.

3 Parents Coordination

  1. A WhatsApp group is created for parents to stay connected with the team and other participants in their batch. Parents must keep their questions related to classes only in that WhatsApp group.
  2. The groups are open to any sort of critique that can help us make our service better.
  3. The classes are for learning only. Any sort of communication of parents with the teacher or the administration must be done outside the class, either through the WhatsApp group, Business WhatsApp accounts, or direct calls outside the class timings. Violation of this policy may result in removing the student's Zoom user from the class meeting.

4 Assessments

  1. Surprise assessments may be conducted throughout the course to evaluate the progress of the students. A final assessment and project presentation at the end of the course is compulsory for the completion of the course and for the students to be eligible for the certificate.
  2. The results of the assessments are communicated to the students over Google Chat.

6 Punctuality

  1. The classes start exactly on time and end exactly on time. Students' attendance will be marked Late if they join 5 minutes after the class starts. Students' attendance will be marked Very Late if they join 20 minutes after the class starting time. Students will not be allowed to continue the course in the same batch if they are marked Very Late twice in the same module.

7 Refund

  1. We offer a full refund if someone decides to cancel the class after only attending the first class. After the first class, no refunds will be given.
  2. If a student is made to withdraw from the course due to non-compliance with attendance or punctuality, no refunds will be given for any of the missed classes.

8 Payment Notifications

  1. We will share the payment notifications to parents individually on WhatsApp through our Classes Management Contact Number: +92 311 4335113. Payment notifications for the next module will be made before the last class of the current module.
  2. Payments for the ongoing modules must be made before the third class of that module. We will not be able to allow the students to join if the fee payment confirmation is not shared before the third class.

9 Withdraw

  1. Parents may decide to withdraw from the course upon the completion of any module. The students will be eligible to rejoin that course provided another batch would be at the same stage of that course.
  2. If a parent wishes to withdraw from the course in the middle of the module and the student has complied with the attendance and punctuality requirements, the student will be eligible to join a different batch from the same stage without any extra fee payment. The rejoining will be subjected to the availability of any different batch which would be at the same stage.

10 Certificate

  1. Certificates are sent online. Parents may request to have a physical copy sent as well. Only the students who have complied with the attendance, punctuality, and assessment requirements of the course will be eligible for the certificate.
  2. Depending upon the location, the certificate will be sent within 2–3 weeks of the completion of the course.
